This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of WorkShield Supply’s website (the “Site”) and purchase of products (“Products”) from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Order Placement and Confirmation

1.1 When you place an order on the Site, you submit a binding offer to purchase Products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order, such as in cases of out-of-stock items, incorrect pricing, or invalid delivery information.

1.2 You will receive an order confirmation email after submitting your order, which includes your order ID and details. This email does not constitute order acceptance—we will send a separate “Order Accepted” notice once we verify inventory and delivery feasibility.

1.3 You warrant that all information provided during order placement (name, address, contact number) is accurate and complete. We are not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect information.

2. Payment Terms (Cash on Delivery Only)

2.1 We exclusively offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method. No advance deposit or online payment is required.

2.2 You must pay the full order amount (as stated in the Order Accepted notice) to the delivery agent upon receiving your Products. Accepted payment forms include cash and major credit/debit cards (subject to delivery partner support).

2.3 Failure to pay upon delivery will result in the cancellation of your order, and the Products will be returned to us. You may be restricted from placing future orders if this occurs repeatedly.

2.4 A physical receipt will be provided by the delivery agent upon successful payment. Keep this receipt for warranty and return purposes.

3. Product Information and Availability

3.1 We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all Products on the Site. However, we do not warrant that such information is error-free—we will notify you promptly of any material discrepancies and offer you the option to cancel or adjust the order.

3.2 Product availability is indicated on each product page but is subject to change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after order acceptance, we will refund any payment made (if applicable) and inform you immediately.

3.3 All Products sold comply with relevant safety standards (ANSI, FDA, etc.), as stated in product descriptions. The use of Products is your responsibility—always follow safety guidelines provided with the item.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery times are estimated based on your location and will be specified in the Order Accepted notice. We aim to deliver on time but are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4.2 You or an authorized representative (18 years or older) must be present at the delivery address to accept the order, provide payment, and sign for receipt.

4.3 If no one is available to accept delivery, the delivery partner will attempt contact and may re-deliver (additional fees may apply) or hold the order for pickup at a nearby location, as per their policy.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 We collect and use your personal information (e.g., name, contact details) solely to process orders, deliver Products, and communicate with you. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5.2 Your payment information (if paying by card) is processed directly by our delivery partner’s secure system—we do not store credit/debit card details.

5.3 We use SSL encryption to protect your data transmitted through the Site. You may access or update your personal information by logging into your account.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 You may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery if Products are defective, damaged, or do not match your order. Contact our support team with your order ID and photos of the issue to initiate the process.

6.2 Defective or incorrect Products may be returned for a full refund or replacement. We will cover return shipping costs for eligible items.

6.3 Refunds for COD orders will be issued via bank transfer within 3-5 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned item. You must provide your bank account details for the refund.

6.4 Returns are not accepted for non-defective items that have been used, or for items where you provided incorrect order details (e.g., wrong size).

7. User Responsibilities

7.1 You agree to use the Site only for legitimate purposes (e.g., placing orders for personal or business use) and not to engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

7.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

7.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from your use of the Site or purchase of Products, except in cases of our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8.2 Our liability for defective Products is limited to the replacement or refund of the affected item(s), as outlined in Section 6.

8.3 We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party service providers (e.g., delivery companies).

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
